The protected BioSuisse and Demeter labels are a sign of the high quality and careful production of the honey. alpuris as a company and our organic resp. Demeter beekeepers have been certified for many years, as have almost all of our foreign beekeepers - but due to the enormous effort involved, alpuris only uses the Swiss organic and Demeter labels.
