Dark
A dark color usually, but not always, indicates a high proportion of forest. Especially with the summer honeys, the bees also like to visit the forest in addition to the diverse meadow flowers to nibble on the honeydew there. But there are also single-origin honeys whose dark color comes from the nectar of special flowers.
