Gion has definitely achieved his goal of creating an alpine rose honey with an even larger, more intense and more diverse wildflower content. The story about honey: There are some particularly flower-rich, privileged hillside areas in the Swiss Alps that are eagerly waiting for innovative and passionate beekeepers and their bees. Unfortunately, the effort is too great for most beekeepers and they prefer to stay in the valley and always produce honey from the same location.

We managed to inspire Gion with this idea of ​​a particularly diverse, flower-rich honey from the lonely heights of the mountains; Gion himself chose the perfect location for this, and the result is an extremely rare culinary experience for people who appreciate the difference between good and excellent.

Origin: Madris in the Avers high valley, at around 1960m, Graubünden, Switzerland.
