A honey from way up high with exciting aromas!

To make this honey, Gion and his bees went a few more meters in altitude and a curve in the Avers Valley... Gion has definitely achieved his goal of creating an alpine rose honey with an even larger, more intense and more diverse wildflower content. The bees are happy, as are the beekeepers and we as the exclusive provider - now we hope that you too can enjoy this wonderful new honey!

The story about honey: There are some particularly flower-rich, privileged hillside areas in the Swiss Alps that are eagerly waiting for innovative and passionate beekeepers and their bees. Unfortunately, the effort is too great for most beekeepers and they prefer to stay in the valley and always produce honey from the same location.

We managed to inspire Gion with this idea of a particularly diverse, flower-rich honey from the lonely heights of the mountains; Gion himself chose the perfect location for this, and the result is an extremely rare culinary experience for people who appreciate the difference between good and excellent.

Origin: Madris in the Avers high valley, at around 1960m, Graubünden, Switzerland.

Aromas: Exciting bouquet of wild mountain flowers on a delicately sweet flavor base of alpine rose aromas.

Certificates, awards: BioSuisse Bud and Demeter.

Gault Millau: Gion Grischott is a passionate beekeeper
