Creamy
The creamy consistency of the honey is usually the result of mechanical processing of the honey after it has been harvested. The beekeepers stir the liquid honey inside, often for weeks or months once or twice a day, which grinds off the sugar crystals and gives the honey a wonderfully soft texture.
