A fine, creamy alpine blossom honey from the center of the Swiss Alps.
The flower nectar for this honey was collected by the bees of the organic beekeeper Thomas Marti far above the municipality of Realp in the untouched mountain nature of the canton of Uri. After harvesting, mechanical stirring gave the honey a very pleasant, perfectly spreadable consistency.
Origin: Uri, Switzerland.
Aromas: Alpine rose notes in interaction with the abundance of flowers in the mountain meadows.
