Thistle blossom honey from Sardinia

This honey only shares its name with the prickly thistles from whose flower nectar it comes. Mild and sweet, it also offers an exciting journey of discovery into a new flavor nuance of Sardinian honey. It was produced by the Asphodel beekeeping collective, with whom we collaborate for our high quality Sardinian honeys.

Asphodel beekeepers are committed to never providing their bees with sugar water or other artificial food sources. The bees only receive their own honey. Our tip: Visit these passionate beekeepers at their headquarters, around 20 minutes' drive from Olbia, and let them explain how they work during this visit.
