Alpine blossom honey BioSuisse Valle Morobbia/Ticino

A nice side effect of our search for the best honeys in Switzerland is that we get to know many remote and previously unknown regions. The Valle Morobbia in Ticino is one such region, and with the organic beekeeping of Andrea Tamagini and his family we have also found a friendly and passionate honey supplier.

Aromas: The focus is on the diverse wild flowers of the mountain meadows, plus a hint of lime blossom and at the end an extremely fine hint of chestnut blossom - one of the best and most exciting Ticino honeys we know.
