Mountain honey Passeiertal, South Tyrol/Italy

This honey comes from an untouched mountain region in the Texel Group Nature Park. After the last Postbus station in Moos, it goes up into the mountains...

...here are the bee colonies of beekeeper Michael Hafner in the rough mountain landscape surrounded by alpine roses and close to the mountain forests. The result is a honey that shows both blossom and honeydew aromas, rich and powerful, intense in taste and spicy, but also with floral-mild notes of alpine roses.

Only a small quantity of this honey is harvested at a time, and it is quickly sold out. We have reserved a few jars for you and hope you enjoy this rare honey as much as we do!
