Sardinia is an exciting microcosm full of interesting, little-known honey varieties, including this eucalyptus honey. It comes from the Asphodel beekeeping collective, with whom we work for our high-quality Sardinian honey.

Asphodel beekeepers are committed to never providing their bees with sugar water or other artificial food sources. The bees only receive their own honey. Our tip: Visit these passionate beekeepers at their headquarters, around 20 minutes' drive from Olbia, and let them explain how they work during this visit.
