The spice mixture was not developed in Paris, but in Geneva. As a butter or sauce, Café de Paris is primarily served with grilled beef. But this mixture is more versatile and goes ideal with vegetables (especially potatoes, asparagus and other root vegetables) or even with fish.

Our blend elegantly combines peppers, parsley, coriander, onions, turmeric and cumin with hints of coconut blossom sugar, mace and garlic. With Café de Paris, the sauce or butter is very easy to make at home.
