Swiss Alpine Honey Nufenen Pass/Ticino

The bees in the lonely Val Bedretto live in an original, natural landscape. From their very high location (around 2000m above sea level) they collect the nectar of alpine roses and the many wild-flowering mountain flowers near the Nufenen Pass. Marco Rima (...the beekeeper!) looks after the bees and harvests the fresh honey, which looks like an unpolished diamond in a glass.
