Sage Honey West Macedonia/Greece – Harvest 2024

Another honey from Kiriakos Viros from the mountainous regions of Northern Greece, and another masterpiece of aromatic richness, intensity, and uniqueness. This honey is harvested in May, at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. During the sage blooming season, the mountains in this area take on a beautiful purple hue. The bees are based in Western Macedonia, Greece; the nearest village is Siatista.
