Fir forest honey Entlebuch/Lucerne

This dark honeydew honey is produced in the dense and extensive silver fir forests of the BioSphere Entlebuch. A specialty of beekeeper Beat Schärli, which can only be harvested under ideal weather conditions and is therefore not available every year.

Origin: Lucerne, Switzerland.

Aromas: Mildly spicy forest aromas, round, full-bodied aroma, little sweetness.
