The fir and herb honey is harvested in July in the Thesprotia Mountains at an altitude of 900 meters. This area is characterized by two imposing mountains: one is densely covered with fir trees, while the other has rocky soil that supports a rich variety of wild herbs. This unique environment produces exceptional honey.
The strong, full-bodied flavor of fir honey combines with the aromatic notes of thyme and savory to create a harmonious composition. It brings not only the valuable properties of the herbs but also the antioxidant benefits of fir.
The honey won the Gold Award at the International Biolmiel Organic Honey Competition in Bologna, Italy in 2028.
