New in the range in 2024: summer honey Schamserberg Graubünden

The joy of beekeeping and the knowledge of caring for bees is passed on from generation to generation in the Egger family. Beekeeper Simon Egger has now moved from Aarau to the Beverin Nature Park in Graubünden, where he works as managing director. Of course he didn't abandon his bees; He found an ideal location for them on Schamserberg. His bees made this wonderful summer honey from the nectar of the diverse wild flowers near Andeer.

PS: The comparison between spring honey and summer honey is very exciting and enjoyable: same beekeeper, same bees, same location, same vintage - but two different seasons and two completely different honeys (see picture attached)! This is what “real”, natural and pure honey looks like...
