A wonderful, blossom-rich spring honey from the year 2022. It comes from the beekeeper Ueli Bieri in the Obersimmental. His bees live in the idyllic, traditional Swiss apiary on the edge of the forest near Blankenburg and collect the flower nectar up to the heights of the surrounding mountains.
Aromas: A special, exciting spring honey with a higher proportion of mountain blossoms and a lower proportion of dandelion blossoms than usual, plus fine aromas of sycamore. A rich spring bouquet in the glass!
