Sesame nori is a special taste bomb that gives the dishes a pinch of Japan. Due to the roasted sesame, the mixture has the nutty aroma typical of sesame. Nori brings a crispy consistency, the Szechuan creates a characteristic tingling sensation on the tongue and palate and the ginger gives it a slight spiciness.
