Swiss Alpine Honey Val des Dix, Euseigne/Valais

This honey comes from the home of beekeeper Patrick Bourdin, Euseigne. At around 1000m above sea level Patrick runs a queen farm here and takes care of his eight bee colonies. The linden blossom in July is always a festival for his bees, during which they produce up to 3 kg of honey per colony and day in good years.

Origin: Valais, Switzerland.

Aromas: The fresh linden aroma is beautifully integrated into meadow blossoms and fine raspberry notes. A strong Valais!
