Sweet and Spicy Florida has a fruity, warm spiciness. It seems aggressive at first, but then quickly subsides. The noble organic mango harmonises wonderfully with the spiciness of the chili and also gives the spice mixture a pleasant acidity. This blend will bring the scents of the Caribbean into your kitchen while reminiscent of the Caribbean origins of barbecue in the 16th century.
We recommend this mixture especially for poultry. But it can also add an exotic touch to fish dishes and pork.
