Cold-pressed and unfiltered olive oil from Honest Toil with a very low acidity level. Never heated or mixed with anything else. Directly from the village press in the Kyparissia region, Messinia (Greece).

• Ingredients: 100% cold-pressed Koroneiki olives.
  The Koroneiki is a tiny variety native to Greece and boasts an exceptionally high content of polyphenols (the healthy substance for which olive oil is best known – it is linked to reducing the risk of cancer and heart disease).
• Origin: small olive groves in the area around Kyparissia, Messinia, Greece
• Acidity: 0.2-0.3% (depending on the harvest)
• Harvest: November/December 2024
• Shelf life: Best before May 2026
• Aromas: freshly cut grass and a peppery aftertaste!
