Heather honey organic Gotthard Pass/Uri

This honey comes from the organic beekeeper Thomas Marti, who moves to the mountains with his bees in summer. There you will find not only alpine roses but also many other wild flowers for a wonderful mountain honey, and if the weather is right in late autumn, there is also a wonderful heather honey in good years.

Origin: Uri, Switzerland.

Aromas: Harmonious interplay of mildly tart heather blossoms and delicately sweet alpine rose notes as well as diverse wildflower aromas.
