Lieferfrist: ca. 5-7 Tage
This fine alpine blossom honey comes from the Alp Frittern in the Glarus region. Beekeeping couple Inge and Robert Knobel tend their native dark bees, protected in the canton of Glarus, at an altitude of over 1,300 meters above sea level in a completely natural landscape without artificial fertilizers or other negative influences. The fact that the bees even survive the harsh mountain winters is due to their special breed—the dark bees are very robust—and, of course, to the careful care they receive!
The harvest takes place only once a year, giving the bees the entire spring and summer to harvest the diverse mountain flora, including herbs and sycamore, to produce wonderful honey. The dark bees are a passion of the beekeeping family, who tend their colonies with the utmost care and build their hives only with Glarus wood. The honey from these dark bees is Pro Spezie Rara certified.
