5 spices seasoning with 13 spices? What the wok? Even a well thought-out masterpiece can be further developed. We were so crazy and refined the five basic ingredients Szechuan pepper, star anise, fennel, cinnamon and cloves with the grapefruit-like Timut pepper and rounded it off with lemongrass.
