Slightly bitter

Good honey doesn't always have to be sweet... depending on the source of nectar or honeydew, there are different characteristics, from extremely sweet to very bitter. We love this variety of flavors, they enable wonderful taste experiences and of course great combination options, for example when chestnut honey harmonises with cheese.
