Bright
Spring honeys are naturally light in colour, single-source honeys such as acacia honey or alpine rose honey are also very clear. Sometimes, however, the light color is also produced by the mechanical treatment of the honey, as a kind of nice by-product of stirring the honey until it is creamy.
