New in the range in 2024: Appenzeller blossom honey

We are very pleased to present this wonderful Appenzeller honey. The beekeeper, Stefan Jeker, describes him best:

"The Alpsteinblick bee honey has been around since 2020. We attended a beekeeping course out of the desire to better understand our nature and bees. It quickly became clear that we wanted to care for our first colonies. We started with 2 colonies and found... At the foot of the Hundwiler Höhe a location with a view of the Säntis massif.

In the meantime there are 6 colonies that are in our care. Our bees use pure natural flowers as a basis. At an altitude of 1000m above sea level. Our bees feed on the variety of Appenzell flowers. No pesticides, just livestock farming in the area.

Our respect for the complexity and ingenuity of bees is huge. We are happy to do our part to preserve this essential function of nature and to make the fruits of our work with alpuris available to all the honey diversity."
