Biryani is a rice dish from South Asia that originally comes from the cuisine of Indian Muslims. The extremely popular dish is prepared slightly differently from region to region. Biryani involves cooking rice together with vegetables and meat. With our spice mixture you can easily cook biryani at home and instantly be transported to the busy streets of Madras or Bangalore.

Our biryani mix was developed by Chutnify, one of Berlin's most famous restaurants and known for its authentic Indian cuisine. Coriander, cumin, paprika and garlic form the harmonious basic sound of the recipe; Ginger and pepper refine it, cardamom and cinnamon round it off.
