Mild paprika, organic spices

This noble sweet paprika has a deep red color and tastes sweet, spicy and fruity. Our peppers come from a farmers' cooperative in the north of the autonomous province of Vojvodina (Serbia).

The farmers belong to a Hungarian minority and produce the paprika in a very traditional way. The pods are picked by hand when they are optimally ripe and dried slowly and gently. After that they are ground on a traditional stone mill; this process allows to obtain the essential oils. With the noble sweet paprika, only a few pungent seeds are ground. The result is a mild, deep red paprika with an exceptionally intense taste.
