This forest honey comes from organic beekeeper Thomas Marti, who also places his bees in the community of Nunningen in the canton of Solothurn in the summer. In good years, they find plenty of honeydew on leaves and conifers in the lonely, extensive forests.
Origin: Solothurn, Switzerland.
Aromas: Exciting interplay of leaf and conifer honeydew. Mild, full-bodied silver fir nuances harmonize with intense, strong and slightly bitter aromas.
