The current vintage from Mareika Schäfer is the first vintage since 2016, when we presented this honey in the alpuris launch range, to have practically exclusively linden and meadow blossom notes and none of the chestnut aromas that are otherwise dominant in Ticino - an impressive taste experience!

Origin: Ponte Valentino in the Valle di Blenio, Ticino, Switzerland.
