Alpine honey Erica blossoms from Surselva

An extremely rare spring heather honey from Surselva!

At alpuris we are always on the lookout for special honeys with which we can present our customers with the whole variety of honey aromas. That is why we are very happy to be able to offer you for the first time an alpine honey from Surselva by beekeeper Fadri Beeli, in which the aroma of mountain blossoms has been enriched by the high proportion of heather blossoms (snow heather).

Such special honeys are always dependent on the weather and luck, there is no guarantee that the harvest will be successful every year. We are all the happier when it works!

The honey is dark yellow-slightly orange in color and will crystallize by the end of the year - a sign that the honey has not been heated or otherwise modified after harvest.
