We developed Wild Alaska for all fish lovers. The spice mixture is specially formulated for salmon, but also goes well with all types of fish and can even be used for poultry. As a rub, the mixture creates a fine, crispy, caramelized crust.
Coriander, fennel and lovage give this spice mixture a light aniseed flavor. The coconut blossom sugar adds a pleasant sweetness and allows the crust to caramelize slightly.
