This honey is the exact opposite of the prickly thistles from whose flower nectar it comes. Mild and sweet, it also offers an exciting voyage of discovery into a new taste nuance of Sardinian honeys. It was made by the Asphodel beekeeping collective, with whom we work for our high quality Sardinian honeys.
