New in the range for 2022: summer honey from Sagogn in the Surselva

A summer honey from Surselva with a very individual combination of blossom and honeydew aromas!

The fact that the municipality of Sagogn has a special, warmer climate than the neighboring areas of Graubünden can be felt in all types of honey from beekeeper Fadri Beeli. Even kiwis grow here, and you can discover a certain exotic note in every glass that we haven't found anywhere else in Switzerland.

The harvest takes place in June. From the same location as the spring honey, but with a completely different habit: hawthorn, maple, meadow flowers and the first raspberries.

The honey is dark brown in color with subtle yellow reflections and remains liquid for a long time, similar to forest honey.
