Corbezzolo honey is an integral part of Sardinian culture, not only for its incomparably bittersweet aroma, but also for its healthy properties, valued and proven for generations.

This honey refutes the cliché of sweet, liquid honey, it is the complete opposite of the supermarket plastic bottle industrial product. Our Corbezzolo is rare, finely crystalline, more bitter than sweet, carefully handcrafted and the pride of the Asphodel beekeeping collective, with whom we work closely to offer Sardinian honeys of the highest quality.
