The strong colors of the Glarner spring and summer are clearly recognizable in this box. Sun and dandelion yellow colors in the creamy, intensely sweet spring honey, dark red tones in the flowery summer honey with a spicy-aromatic portion of honeydew, which gives the honey a wonderful complexity.
The honey from the local dark bees, which are legally protected in the canton of Glarus, has been recognized as a special specialty by Pro Specie Rara and Slowfood.
